Whew.  The revisions for TCoC (for beginning readers) are now done.  I thank you all for your patience while you had to sit through the same thing, but over again.  As always, your words of encouragement dragged me through it, and ensured that I would get it finished.

Highlights for me during the last couple of months have included getting a mention on Kevin Smith's podcast, being tweeted by Mark Hamill, and having a chance to explain the process of creating TCoC on GeekDad.  As you can imagine, it has all been very exciting.

With any luck, you'll get to see what's up next very soon.  I am, right at this very moment, working on the cover image for the next adaptation.  I don't want to spoil what it is - but you won't have to wait very long.

As you may have noticed, my holidays are over and I have now returned to the front of a classroom, which means that time between posts has once again expanded - sorry about that. (If anyone wants to hire an artist at mortgage rates - I'm all ears.  Patronage by billionaire philanthropists most welcome.  Hahaha!)

Take care of yourselves, and each other - and I'll catch you on the flip side.

Unfortunately kickstarters are only open to folks from the US, but I've been lucky to have had some interest from other quarters. I've got my fingers well and truly crossed.

Any movement in time for Christmas? Maybe through a print on demand site?

Thanks for your continuing interest, jeff. I am eagerly awaiting word from the higher-ups. As soon as I get any concrete information, I'll pass it on.

Have a good one!

I found this, and I was flabberghast. The style of the pictures i fantastic, (really Seuss...Y) and how you have taken the dialog and made it rhyme... Fantastic! I have read a lot (worked as a kindergarten teacher) picture books, and this fells like one... but is so much more.

Wonderful job. I would suggest finding a way to have this printed, but I know that it is very impractical and expensive. If it ever happens, however, I'd have no choice but to buy one.

It has been an awesome journey and I hope great things come of it for you.

I know that Dr. Seuss was around mid century as I have seen his political cartoons about WWII, but I am not sure if he was quite a contemporary of HPL.

I don't know how many years or how many drawings it took for you to master Dr. Seuss' style, but master it you have. I have seen others use his characters, but you have managed to create new characters and settings in that style and have done it so well, that, without any exterior indication, it would be hard to tell a piece of your work from his.
