What? That was just my instinctive reaction to the image of Cthulhu with outspread wings.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd think "Madhuu-red-luuurr" may be some epithet of Cthulhu or an Old God in general. That or a random series of phonemes. There doesn't seem to be much difference. As for the "lulelule" stuff, that'd be some kind of ululation.
